We want Cat Archetype to work for you and your cat. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Free Quiz
The quiz is completely free. No payment is required to discover your cat's archetype. Refunds do not apply to the free quiz portion of the service.
Program Subscription
We offer a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the program before being charged.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email noreply@mediamiso.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your email address and the reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
- We will process your request within 3 business days
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Partial refunds may apply for subscriptions beyond the first month
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the first paid charge
- Accounts found to be misusing the service or violating Terms of Service
- Duplicate subscriptions created by the same person
Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription:
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- Access continues until the end of your current paid period
- Cancelled subscriptions are not eligible for partial-month refunds (except within the 30-day guarantee window)
- Trial cancellations (within 3 days) incur no charge
